Q: Why wasn’t my bird identified correctly?
A1: Try taking the photo with better lighting and a clearer view of the bird. Low confidence usually means the image is blurry or dark.
A2: If it’s an audio, try recording again with less background noise and more clear sound from the bird. Low confidence usually means that the audio is not very clear or long enough.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Q: Is the app accurate?
A: Our AI is highly accurate for common bird species, but results may vary with image quality.
